For The Luv Of Buttons

 Going through my old blog I came across a post on my button collection,

little by little I will eventually find them when its cool enough to be in there for long periods at a time,some are in my sewing room - some are still packed in the garage,yea been here 4 years & still unpacking  ,the swelling in my feet finally went down,I've just been taking it easy today mending a little more on the quilt,before bed Im going to lay out projects for tomorrow so I can get right on them

heaven comes in many forms,needle in hand, feet up ,snacks close by  ,even threw bunch in the mix so I don't have to get up🤣 most would toss a slightly  tattered quilt it but I've always luved it, I've had it more years than I can remember but here's a hint of how old it is,way back when Sears put their quilts on sale in a big bin all sizes $19.99 not one of those printed fabrics but actual blocks  anyways its time to show it some luv again ,so this is my status today😁

This will take more than a day of stitching but I plan to get a great deal accomplished on it today  keeping my feet up, " they are so swollen"

This is my 3 rd year to host Sunday dinner the first Sunday of the beginning of Fall, a few of my nieces & nephews

 couldn't make this year,I was overjoyed my great niece -n-law was able to come with the new baby,they just moved back from Mobil so looking forward to spend more time with them it tickled the boys how they're getting taller than me😄

And of course we Snagged Sadie for a spend a night Saturday evening ,sometimes she doesn't want to go back home & her "mommy & daddy" & they will let her spend another night but she decided to go home this time lol her & Grace were happy to finally get a taste of something ,I let them sample the chicken crack soup

The Sewing Rooms Clean!

 Not much sewing happening, I've been getting the house ready for my Fall Sunday dinner 

The sewing room can & does get messy ,tornado  messy😄but with a little 👀ok a lot of perseverance she cleans up nicely 🤣 

Even the closet got back to normal

On another note,I've noticed another has unfollowed, I guess I don't sew or quilt fast enough 🤷 oh well that's neither here nor there ,I do what I can & let the lower end drag 🤣

From red carpet ,VIP to dinner, the show was amazing with a wide range of fashion ,even the little ones had sass!😄
