The Moon That Won't Go Away

 Upon going outside early this morning with Grace I noticed the moon was still there big as life lol

Grace 🐕had her playdate with Sadie🐕 yesterday,today's my turn,lol catching up with my friend Ree & hitting the big JoAnn pattern sale & maybe lunch,then back to the sewing room,nothing like a happy mess!😅 👀I need to set my clock lol

It's National Coffee Day!

 Today's National Day Coffee Day,although everyday around here is coffee day Grace & me are celebrating with National Day Calendar by having breakfast & watching the hummingbirds out on the laneigh this morning

I'll be in the sewing room off & on today,working on a few UFO'S & making quilt blocks for the Happy Blocks drive hosted by Quilting Is Better Than Housework

Grace & me made it to the park yesterday just in time to catch the sunset

And that moon!

 

Have You Seen My Glasses?

 How many times do we say that? 😂Mine seem to blend into whatever surface I lay them on,I watched a few tutorials on eyeglass holders & decided to whip one up

3 tries to get that bottom rounded out but I wasn't going for no prize lol now maybe they won't get lost so much especially when I put them in the basket with my embroidery 😂

The zinnias & marigolds are still trying to hang on & the butterflies still fluttering around trying to get that last drop of nectar

It'll soon be time to clean out the little veggie garden , pansies are in the backyards future & that's as far as the thinking prosscess on that lol later I'll take Grace 🐕 to the park , hopefully they'll be a beautiful sunset 😁

Seriously !Why Are They Hiding?

 I noticed the birds seemed to be playing hide-and-seek 😅 even the lizard jumped under the lid as I approached the garbage cart 🤣

Grace says, we can't watch the birds all day 🤔 can we,? LoL

the sewing room is calling,I've watched a few different tutorials on making eyeglass holders,I think I'll try my hand at one today,🤔thinking about joining in on Pattern Review's one dress two looks challenge,it runs through the month of October

my sweet niece felt strong enough to go home the other day,I will pick her up later & help her with a store run & if she feels up to it a good veggie lunch,still no meats or breads,I know that girl be hungry!🤣 plans for more charity blocks I'm working on this evening,just making it up as I go today😁

There's A Frog In The Strawberries!

 Opening the countainer of Strawberries we couldn't help but laugh that this one looked like a frog🤣 the house was finally tweaked down to the final details for my Fall Sunday Dinner buffet

The layneigh rearranged,all tweaked & ready

Food stations were set up the night before with their dishes & decor ,nothing worse than trying to make a pretty presentation at the last minute lol soups were started in the crock pots when we woke up then breakfast for us & coffee out on the layneigh before setting out the food
