I've been pushing to get the lime green scrappy & the rustic brown quilts done by the end of this month but today I pulled out the slow stitch journal & started stitching the pages together - adding a few more things,I added a binder but not sure if Im liking it
Im thinking of turning these little square into little quilt squares
trying to make this look like a sun flower& will embellish it with stitches
I've seen a few videos where to cut out clusters of flowers & a base out of fabric embellishing them with stitches & other elements to look like a flower arrangement ,im leaning towards the blue,what do you think? Maybe both? LOL
A have a you tube video saved of 50 different stitches so a page or two will go towards that,its time to learn something other than a straight stitch 🤣
A local fabric shop is having a sit & sew coming up next week,for the next 6 weeks,fir just a $10 fee they'll offer 4 hour sessions to bring your machine & sew whatever you wish , I'm looking forward to getting my tiny 9 patch challenge quilt finished ,I think it takes almost 400-500 blocks ,I think I'm half way there lol There are also blocks to be finished for the mason jar quilt,meanwhile I'm getting a bag ready & prepping strips for the tiny 9 patches
