A local little fabric shop is hosting a paint chip challenge,numbers are written on the back of paint chip cards, you come in & draw a number & match uup fabrics in your paint chip
Finish & bring in your quilt by Aug 31st, during the month of Sept.voting will be on, *best use of color *best modern quilt,*best traditional quilt,* best use of a panel,*viewers choice
Im not yet sure which direction I'll go block wise but I do know I want the birds to be the focal point, this is my first time ever entering a judged event so I'll definitely be making a sample tip before cutting into my nicer fabrics
While I was there I picked up a Sunflower quilt kit at 50% off
A Fall panel with additional fabrics for borders at 75% off
These will be future projects but with such great sales I just had to do it& may go do it again 🤣
