Thinking About My Raggedys

30 plus years of shows,I still have a tote full of unfinished raggedys I was working on unknowingly we'd not make that last show as my Terry suddenly started undergoing treatments for leukemia ,the biggest show was a two day Christmas show 9am-9pm ,had a shop for a few years, even shipped & had a booth in PA with The Country Sampler Magazine craft warehouse ,I don't see myself doing shows again but am thinking of pulling my patterns & making some big as me  Santas for Christmas ,hope you enjoy a peek at some of my raggedys I've made throughout the years

A few of my absolute favorites to make was ,"I named all my raggedies" lol

JOJO

JO JO's SISTER who was created through a mistake of not putting the arm & leg pattern extensions for JoJo🤣

MY LITTLE  SCARECROW

ANGEL

CLAUDEAN

SWEET HEARTS , I made for one of my shows

Yes we traveled & did many shows throughout the years in days gone by,although there's a just a hint of missing them I am thankful for that season in my life

I had this picture of us done in charcoal the year he passed in 2016 life is still strange without him but God is still good to me& my sweet Grace brings me over whemling joy

  1. You have really made a lot of them! There were 4 of us that did craft shows together and one of the other ladies was the designated Raggedy Ann and Andy maker. I made a few of them and still have the McCall's patterns for many sizes.
