Getting Ready For Lots Of Stitching

 No matter how hard I tried to make it fit there just wasn't enough of the plum floral & not enough width of the  solid plum to make a wide strip down the middle so I went with the original plan to add 9" to each side

Then to measure top & back to the batting 

Then flip the back over,get it sandwiched & a good trim,it is now ready for basting & pinning then on to hundreds of stitches & numb fingers🤣
