Sunday Inspiration

How Do You Take Your Caesar Salad

The traditional caesar salad is a basic romaine lettuce, croutons & Parmesan with Caesar dressing & typically topped with grilled chicken, today I grilled up some chicken tenders & made a Caesar salad for lunch & added tomatoes from the garden, now tomatoes on Caesar may not be politically correct but today it worked for me!😄

I Almost Made A Bedspread LOL!

how big is to big or to small? I'm not sure if the outcome of the size is quilt  politically correct but I'm done😄 this top started out with the intent of being a lap size but I couldn't leave well enough along😄 I started adding borders then a row of smaller squares

1st stage , center only of (99) 6x 6 blocks ,finish of 47 x 60

2nd stage, added (2) 3" borders to each side, finish of 52x66 at this point it was wide enough but not long enough to & bottom

3rd & final stage added a border of 4x6 print squares to each side  , finish of 64x 75

after it's all over & done with I'll enjoy snuggling under it during cooler nights that are coming

another rainy day today,so it's been a little cool,my little dove couple was out this morning,I have doves that visit the feeders that are as big as pigeons

another year is about to come to an end & another year im going to say no UFO's are going into the New Year🤣 are you guilty of saying that too? I may have to stretch it out quite a bit but I'm going to give it my best shot ,I have a plan🤣

More Birthday Adventures 🐕pic heavy

The morning started out early  & I do mean early lol what better than to hang out in the sewing room till daylight decides to join us😄 the quilt top that won't stop growing for another border 😄

daylight finally came & it was off to the park to feed the ducks

Then home "we were an hr away" to fix lunch & rest up for the next adventure before taking Sadie home, 1st harvest of fresh collards & tomatoes from my little garden spot made it extra delicious

Every veterans day flags surround  war memorabilia in front of the Mall ,the local news were set up & ready to film so I had to get the girls out & back in the car  not that there was a problem,I just didn't want to be on TV 🤣

It was a full day for the girls 🐕🐕I'm sure they slept good & hard,I know my Grace did 😄

Grace🐕 is six!

Grace turned 6 yesterday, her b'day was a late one as it rained all day ,but evening came & it let up do we got to go get Sadie for a spend a night& I took them to get an ice cream pup cup ,they felt the need to play in the dark before going to bed 😄
