A Sample Finish,A Night Out & A Beautiful Moon

 Its been a good day starting out with finishing up the sample top,the original will be a few inches bigger give or a take the size of the binding,

I may or may not add another row for the original but for now the sample is done for I've got to get busy on the entry quilt ,Grace & me are in agreement, the sample  size is a great size for snuggling

 but for now it goes in the closet with all the others waiting to be quilted ,now to cut into the pretty bird fabrics & get this party started😄

Its so easy to swing by a drive through when you're tired or its late,I said no drive throughs for the month of June, & start taking myself out for a nice dinner once a month,there were times it was tempting  but I did it! tonight I went to the Hometown Authors Spotlight hosted by our Library & then treated myself to a fancy dinner

My niece asked me if I was on a date,I told her yes I was! with myself!🤣 Chicken Bushchetta Flatbread & house salad,I didn't know the salad was going to be so big ,I definitely had to take over half my meal home

Another glorious full moon was out tonight

Tomorrow I will give the sewing room a good cleaning,cut out the bird fabric& other fabrics for the entry quilt,have you seen this new batting at Hobby Lobby? i think Im going to luv it for I like my Summer quilts to be light weight
