The sample top is done,now to measure for borders & make final decisions keeping it within the size range regulations , everywhere you see the darker blue square will be where the bird print fabric will be in the final quilt ,the coordinating squares will be in greens & cranberries ,there is excitement & nervousness all balled up into one with this challenge 🤣
It looks like we may be in for more rain,hopefully not for I'd like to make a quick run to the park with Grace🐕 for a photo shoot with the green quilt ,& I mean quick like less than 2 miles up the road quick 🤣there's a "park" across from a restaurant close by ,its just a walking sidewalk ,I guess as long as you can walk it,throw in a few benches& street lights it classifies as a park🤣 A busy weekend ahead, fireworks & cookout with church family,pick Sadie🐕 up, the 4th at my nieces,a baby shower for my niece that's coming in for the 4th that lives close to Mobile " getting 2 birds with 1 stone"😄 church Sunday & get sewing room cleaned & ready for prepping the pretty fabrics for the submission quilt,start cutting bright & early Monday morning,lordy I'm tired already!🤣
