A Block Packed Day

 When I laid these 12" blocks out,I realized I only needed 8 more to complete a  layout of 5x6  for a good lap size,the blocks are made up of  (2) 6  1/2" (4) 3 1/2" & (16) 2" squares,with so much going on within the blocks I'm thinking of adding sashing in-between them

Sewing the rows together on the scrappy strip blocks has started 

I made a double batch of peanut butter cookies & divided them up ,one for my neighbor down the street & one for my back fence neighbor & one for me,I can't believe it made right at 30 😄

With wanting to get a lot done today lunch was quick & simple but still yummy  & of course I had to get into my portion of the cookies with a cup of Earl Grey tea ,the remainder of the day will be getting my evening walk in with my neighbor & sewing
